Who We Are

We are a not-for-profit organization with the purpose to promote interest and participation in the sports of skiing and snowboarding and to promote increased safety in those sports.  Our membership includes individuals and families of all ages, interests and abilities.  We are active year-round offering winter and summer trips, recreational activities and social events such as; “1st Tuesday” monthly meetings, “Skiers’ Night Out” after-work happy hours and themed events.  We operate through member volunteers who organize, plan and manage all club activities and events.  We are governed by a Board of Directors who oversee the actions of our Officers and Committees.   Activities are open to guests; but only members may sign up for trips, volunteer for committees or serve on the Leadership Team.

What about trips?

The Club organizes & manages ski trips to national and international destinations; although most trips are to Colorado via sleeper motor coach.  Destinations beyond Colorado are typically via train or plane.   International trips include an optional sightseeing extension.  Trip pricing includes lodging and transportation.  Lift tickets, equipment rental and optional activities are in addition to the trip price.  Check out schedules and other trip information on the Trip Info page.

How do I sign up for a ski trip?
It’s easy!  The winter trip schedule is posted online during the summer months.  The Winter Trip Schedule lists all the basics with Trip Captain’s contact information, destination and lodging, and other ‘need to know’ information.  Just click on the trip name to be taken to the page with more details for that trip.  Sign up opens for trips in September.  Members may sign up online or download a trip application and send it, with deposit, to the Trip Captain. Once signed up, trip participants receive updates from the Trip Captain.

When should I sign up for a trip?
Don’t wait! Sign up as soon as the trips open; “favorites” sell out early.
