Special Olympics Kansas is still looking for volunteers for the Special Olympic Winter Games to be held on February 16-17 at Snow Creek. There are also opportunities to volunteer for two Ski Clinics Sunday, Feb 5th from Noon to 4:00pm and Wednesday, Feb 15th at 6:00pm. If you are looking for a very fulfilling volunteer event with immediate feelings of gratitude, this is the event for you. Athletes will travel from across the Midwest to compete in Alpine, Nordic Skiing and Snowshoeing at Snow Creek in Weston, MO. Your volunteer efforts make this event possible!!

Responsibilities vary from assisting athletes with equipment, recording times, helping athletes navigate on the slopes and more. It is recommended that you wear warm, waterproof clothing and boots/shoes.
